Scope limits: Upstream
Provide furnish ranges, tissue versus kraft versus converting-only intent, basis weight in gsm if known, quantity and destination. Include whether broke loops and white water must stay isolated between grades. Missing data stays listed as open rather than filled with a typical mill value from another plant. Machine speed in m/min, output in ton/day and connected load in kW are useful RFQ columns when you already know them.
Control boundary
You own the decision to accept or reject a quote. We do not approve a catalog mill rating as proof that your furnish will form and dry at that duty. The brief asks which sampling method, units and first-good definition the supplier will use on the buyer’s grades. Design speed is a comparison parameter, not a saleable-output commitment.
